STEP 1 - QUOTE

An in-person meeting or conference call will be arranged to determine the total number of 360 panoramic images required for your premises.

STEP 2 - CREATION

On an agreed date, we will visit your premises to capture the required 360 shots to produce your virtual tour.

STEP 3 - DELIVERY

Once the 360° tour of your premises has been created, a web link to your virtual tour will be provided to you for accessing and sharing the virtual tour.

What is a panoramic scene?

A panoramic scene is a single 360° rotation of a position within your property. Many panoramic scenes are combined and processed to create a complete 360° virtual tour of your home, multifamily unit, condo or land. We offer customised solutions for clients that require more than 15 panoramic virtual tour scenes for their property.

How do I access and share the virtual tour?

The virtual tour of your property will be configured with a unique web address of your choice. Just specify the domain name you would like to have associated with your virtual tour and we will configure the tour according to your request. Here is an example atlantis.bermudavirtualtours.bm

Is additional software required to view the Virtual Tours?

No additional software is required to view a 360 Virtual Tour or panoramic image. Our tours display on any device and web browser. Simply navigate to the web address of the tour to view.

Are there any security controls for private viewing.

If required, the virtual tour can be password protected to restrict user access to your tour. To provide anonymity, we can digitally remove any information that might identify your premises, such as vehicle license plates, street numbers and names.

How does the Free Trial work?

Our trial option gives you the opportunity to have a 360° virtual tour produced of your property, before you decide to sign-up to any of our plans. Once the tour is produced of your property, you will be provided with access to the virtual tour for a period of 3-Days to evaluate. No commitment or credit card is required.

Is the Free Trial really free?

Yup! The Free Trial comes with 3 panoramic scenes, a temporary web address and 90% of the features found in a standard virtual tour. The tour also includes Bermuda Virtual Tours Ltd branding and banner overlays.

Will I be locked into any contract?

Not if you don’t want to be. The duration of our plans are only for weekly and monthly periods and can be cancelled at any time. We also give you the option to choose an annual plan in return for a discount.

What payment method do we accept?

Presently we only accept direct deposit payments. Once you have selected your plan and confirmed your shoot date, we will send you our bank account details for making payment.

Can the tours be shared on Social Media?

Yes. For an additional fee we will give you unlimited access to download the panoramic images of your virtual tour from our servers. Once downloaded, simply post the image on your Facebook time-line to view the image as a fully functional 360 photosphere on your desktop or mobile device.

Do I have to be present whilst the photographs are being taken?

Prior to commencing the shoot, our photographer will confirm with you all agreed areas of your property to be captured. Once the areas are confirmed, we do not require you to be present for the entire shoot.

What happens to my virtual tour at the end of my trial?

We’ll send you an email reminder to pick a plan for your virtual tour at the end of your free trial. If you choose not to upgrade, we’ll keep your virtual tour on our servers and only display it on our website.

How long does the photography take?

A typically virtual tour shoot takes approximately 2-3 hours to complete, depending on the size of the property. Following the shoot, the tour will be created and made available to you after five business days of the shoot.

Do I have to do anything to my home prior to the shoot?

All we ask is that the property is prepared and ready for the shoot at the time of our appointment.
